- olive or vegetable oil - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- large garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- large baking potatoes, scrubbed - 2 lb
How to make oven baked potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. Line jelly roll pan with foil. Spray foil generously with vegetable cooking spray. Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch strips. Toss potatoes in jelly-roll pan with oil, garlic, salt and pepper to coat well. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, tossing once or twice until potatoes are crisp and golden. Calories 195, fat 2 g per serving.
