Linguine with clam sauce
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- olive or vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- clove garlic, minced - 4 item
- fresh parsley
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- linguine, uncooked - 2 oz
- 5 oz cans chopped clams, undrained
How to make linguine with clam sauce:
Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain. In medium saucepan, heat oil and cook garlic until golden. Blend in flour. Gradually stir in clams with liquid, parsley, salt and pepper. Cook over medium low heat, stirring constantly until sauce is thickened. Serve over hot linguine. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Pasta, Shellfish, Clams.
