Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 4 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • shredded coconut - 1 c
  • white sugar - 2 c
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
  • sticks butter - 2 item
  • box graham cracker crumbs - 1 oz

How to make out of this world cake:

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in coconut. Combine graham cracker crumbs with baking powder. Add this alternately with milk to cream mixture. Stir in pineapple and nuts. Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour at 350°.
