graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
boiling water - 2 c
stick lite oleo - 1 item
lite cream cheese - 4 oz
small container lite Cool Whip - 1 item
sugar free vanilla pudding using skim milk - 1 (9
sugar free vanilla pudding mix dry - 1 item
Mix pudding per package; add to Cool Whip, cream cheese and dry pudding mix
plus frozen strawberries* - 2 c

How to make strawberry delight:

Mix margarine and graham cracker crumbs; press into pie plate and bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Mix pudding per package; add to Cool Whip, cream cheese and dry pudding mix. Pour over crumbs; refrigerate.Topping:1 (6 oz.) sugar free strawberry jello2 c. boiling water2 c. plus frozen strawberries* Mix jello with water until dissolved. Add strawberries; stir until thickened. Pour over pudding mixture.

*May use other fruits.
