Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- powdered sugar - 3 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- skinless salted peanuts - 20 oz
How to make blarney stones:
Bake cake according to box instructions in sheet cake pan. Cool completely. Cut into 2 inch squares. Mix sugar, half and half and butter in saucepan. Bring to boil and boil 3 minutes; pour over powdered sugar. Thin with half and half; icing should be very thin.
