Ingredients/Components
- margarine, softened - 1/2 c
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 25 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- sweet onions, sliced Vidalias preferably - 5 item
How to make onion casserole:
Cook onions 15 to 20 minutes. Place half in baking dish. Sprinkle with half cracker crumbs, then add half Parmesan cheese. Repeat layer of onions, crumbs and cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Casseroles.
