Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cornstarch
- water - 2 c
- sliced green onion - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- can drained bean sprouts - 1 oz
- fried Rice-a-Roni - 1 pkg
How to make egg foo yong:
Sauce:2 Tbsp. cornstarch2 Tbsp. soy sauce2 c. water Prepare Rice-a-Roni according to package directions; cool. Beat eggs, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Stir in cooked Rice-a-Roni, bean sprouts and onion. Drop mixture by 1/2 cupfuls onto greased griddle. Brown on each side.Sauce: Combine all ingredients; cook until thick. Serve over egg foo yong.
