Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- Ritz crackers - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 2 c
- can water chestnuts, drained - 1 item
- medium Vidalia onions, sliced - 6 item
- can cream of chicken - 1 item
- butter oleo - 1/4 c
How to make onion casserole:
Put in greased casserole dish. Arrange onions. Mix together other ingredients and pour over onions. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Top with cracker crumbs. Dot with mayonnaise and serve hot.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Casseroles.
