- pkg - 1 oz
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- low-fat sour cream - 1/2 c
- 1% low-fat cottage cheese - 3/4 c
- chopped red bell pepper - 1/4 c
- reduced-calorie mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
- extra spicy salt-free herb-and-spice blend - 2 tsp
How to make spinach dip:
Place spinach on paper towels and squeeze until barely moist; set aside. Position knife blade in food processor bowl. Add next 5 ingredients; process until smooth. Add spinach and bell pepper; process until pepper is finely minced. Spoon into a bowl, cover and chill. Serve with plain crackers or carrot sticks.
