- small onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- Ritz crackers - 2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- can water chestnuts, drained - 1 item
- bag frozen vegetables, cooked and drained - 1 (16
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix all ingredients well and pour into casserole dish. Melt butter and crush crackers for topping. Place on top of casserole and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
