Ingredients/Components
- buttered bread crumbs - 2 c
- onions - 2 qt
- cans mushroom soup - 2 item
How to make onion casserole:
Boil onions until tender, then drain. Grease bottom of 3-quart casserole with oleo and add 1 layer of onions, 1 layer of cream of mushroom soup and 1 layer of bread crumbs. Repeat layers second time with a heavier layer of buttered crumbs for top layer. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour until brown on top.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Casseroles.
