Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- chicken breasts - 6 item
- green peppers - 2 item
- onions - 2 item
- cans mushroom soup - 2 item
- cans Ro-Tel tomatoes - 2 item
- boxes spaghetti - 2 oz
How to make rotel spaghetti:
Cook chicken breasts with 1 green pepper and 1 onion. Save the broth. Saute 1 onion and 1 green pepper; add Ro-Tel tomatoes, mushroom soup and 1/2 pound of cubed Velveeta cheese. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth. Drain. Mix well with Ro-Tel sauce and chopped chicken. Bake in a casserole dish for 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Pasta, Spaghetti, Pasta, rice and grains.
