No crust coconut pie



  • sugar
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 2 c
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • coconut - 7 oz
  • self-rising flour - 1/2 c
  • well beaten eggs - 4 item

How to make no crust coconut pie:

Mix sugar and margarine; add flour. Beat eggs; add milk and vanilla. Mix all together. Add coconut and pour into well-greased 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes or until mixture is set and golden brown.
