No crust coconut pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- coconut - 7 oz
- self-rising flour - 1/2 c
- well beaten eggs - 4 item
How to make no crust coconut pie:
Mix sugar and margarine; add flour. Beat eggs; add milk and vanilla. Mix all together. Add coconut and pour into well-greased 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes or until mixture is set and golden brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
