Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- coconut
- self-rising flour - 1/2 c
How to make coconut pie:
Combine flour and sugar. In a separate bowl combine eggs, vanilla, coconut and milk. Butter a large pie plate and add remaining ingredients. Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes, until brown. This makes its own crust.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
