Rhubarb crunch
Ingredients/Components
- rolled oats - 1 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- rhubarb raw - 3 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
How to make rhubarb crunch:
Combine the first 4 ingredients, blending in the butter with a pastry cutter. Put half in bottom of pan. Mix remaining ingredients; put over the flour mixture. Put the other half of flour mixture on top of that. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, American.
