  • rolled oats - 1 c
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • rhubarb raw - 3 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • water - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp

How to make rhubarb crunch:

Combine the first 4 ingredients, blending in the butter with a pastry cutter. Put half in bottom of pan. Mix remaining ingredients; put over the flour mixture. Put the other half of flour mixture on top of that. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
