No crust coconut pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- coconut - 7 oz
- self-rising flour - 1/2 c
How to make no crust coconut pie:
Mix sugar and flour. Add margarine and eggs. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Grease pans. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 2 pies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
