Elsie's pumpkin pie

- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- egg whites - 4 item
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- 9-inch pastry shell - 1 item
- low-fat sweetened condensed milk - 1 (14
- salt or 2 tsp - 1/2 tsp
How to make elsie's pumpkin pie:
Preheat oven to 425°. In large mixing bowl, combine all except first ingredient (the pie shell). Mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake 15 minutes at 425°. Reduce to 350°. Bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Garnish with dollops of Cool Whip or real whipped cream. Eat and enjoy.
