Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg yolks - 2 item
- vinegar
- lemon juice
- prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- honey optional - 1 item
- corn oil - 1 c
How to make mustard sauce:
In a small glass mixing bowl, combine egg yolks with salt and pepper. Add vinegar and beat. Add half of oil slowly while beating with mixer. Beat in lemon juice and remaining half of oil.
