Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- Dijon-style mustard - 2 Tbsp
How to make mustard sauce:
In a small frying pan, melt margarine. Cook onion over medium heat for 7 minutes and blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk slowly, stirring until thickened. Add mustard and cook for 1 minute over low heat. Serve with fish steaks.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Savory sauces.
