  • milk - 1 c
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
  • finely chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
  • Dijon-style mustard - 2 Tbsp

How to make mustard sauce:

In a small frying pan, melt margarine. Cook onion over medium heat for 7 minutes and blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk slowly, stirring until thickened. Add mustard and cook for 1 minute over low heat. Serve with fish steaks.
