Ingredients/Components
- green bell peppers - 24 item
- red bell peppers - 24 item
- medium onions - 12 item
- mustard seed - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 qt
- salt - 3 Tbsp
- sugar - 4 c
How to make pepper relish:
Mince or chop peppers and onions. Cover with boiling water and let stand for 15 or 20 minutes; drain. Add the seed, vinegar, salt and sugar. Boil 20 or 25 minutes. Pack in jars.Recipe categories: Sauces, Salsas, Jams and preserves.
