  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • plus 2 Tbsp - 1 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • white wine optional - 1/4 c
  • fresh mushrooms, finely chopped - 1/4 lb
  • drops butter flavoring - 2 item
  • low-sodium beef bouillon cubes - 2 item

How to make mushroom gravy:

Saute mushrooms in oil for 5 minutes. Remove them from heat and add butter flavoring (you can substitute real butter or margarine, just add about 1/2 tablespoon) and pepper and set aside. Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1 cup hot water in a separate pan. Co
