Mushroom gravy
Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- plus 2 Tbsp - 1 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- white wine optional - 1/4 c
- fresh mushrooms, finely chopped - 1/4 lb
- drops butter flavoring - 2 item
- low-sodium beef bouillon cubes - 2 item
How to make mushroom gravy:
Saute mushrooms in oil for 5 minutes. Remove them from heat and add butter flavoring (you can substitute real butter or margarine, just add about 1/2 tablespoon) and pepper and set aside.
