Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mushrooms, sliced - 1 lb
- Wondra flour - 1 item
How to make mushroom gravy:
Cook sliced mushrooms in butter in a covered pan for 10 minutes. Sprinkle in Wondra flour and stir until mixture thickens. Lower heat; add sour cream and blend well. Serve with turkey, pork or roast beef.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Savory sauces.
