  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • mushrooms, sliced - 1 lb
  • Wondra flour - 1 item

How to make mushroom gravy:

Cook sliced mushrooms in butter in a covered pan for 10 minutes. Sprinkle in Wondra flour and stir until mixture thickens. Lower heat; add sour cream and blend well. Serve with turkey, pork or roast beef.
