Ingredients/Components
- pineapple juice
- large can mandarin oranges - 1 item
- seedless red grapes - 3 c
- small package vanilla pudding and pie filling not instant - 1 item
- can medium pineapple chunks - 1 item
- bananas, sliced to 1/2 inch thick - 4 item
How to make mom's fruit salad:
Make pudding using juice from pineapple chunks to equal 1 1/2 c. If short of juice, add a little lemon juice. Cool slightly. Mix in all other ingredients.Makes a great dessert too!
