- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 3 tsp
- salt
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- shortening - 1 c
- miniature marshmallows - 1 pkg
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Add eggs and beat
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs and beat. Sift flour, cocoa and salt. Add to mixture. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and spread with marshmallows. Return to oven and melt,Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cakes.
