Chocolate marshmallow cake

Ingredients/Components

• shortening - 1 c
• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 3 tsp
• flour
• baking powder
• cocoa - 1/2 c
• miniature marshmallows
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• confectioners sugar
• sticks melted oleo - 2 item
• evaporated milk - 1/4 c
• chopped nuts - 1 c

How to make chocolate marshmallow cake:

Frosting:1 lb. confectioners sugar1/3 c. cocoa2 sticks melted oleo1/4 c. evaporated milk1 c. chopped nuts Cake: Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and mix thoroughly. Add flour mixed with baking powder, cocoa and salt. Add marshmallows. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Frosting: Mix sugar and cocoa; add oleo, milk and nuts. Spread on cake.
