Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- all-purpose flour
- unbeaten egg - 1 item
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
Cake:1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour1 c. sugar1/4 c. cocoa1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1 c. water1/3 c. oil1 Tbsp. vinegar1 tsp. vanilla Topping: Beat together the first 4 ingredients of topping. Add chocolate chips and set aside.Cake: Sift flour, sugar, cocoa and baking soda together. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla to dry ingredients; beat well. Fill cups 1/3 full of the cake batter. Add 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture in each cup. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and nuts. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
