How to make mint brownies:
Frosting No. 1:2 c. powdered sugar2 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. peppermint flavoring1/2 stick margarine5 drops green food coloring Frosting No. 2:6 oz. chocolate chips1/2 stick margarine Combine Frosting No. 1 ingredients and spread on cooled brownies.
