- eggs - 4 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- poppy seed - 2 Tbsp
- box Duncan Hines lemon cake mix - 1 item
- instant lemon pudding 4 servings - 1 pkg
- water, mixed with 1/2 c - 1/2 c
How to make lemon poppy seed pound cake:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix for 4 minutes with electric mixer. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans. Bake about 55 minutes at 350°. Use 2 (9 x 5-inch) or 1 (9 x 5-inch) and 3 small pans.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
