Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • milk - 3 c
  • flour
  • nuts - 1 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • Cool Whip - 8 oz
  • margarine - 3/4 c
  • small boxes lemon instant pudding - 2 item

How to make lemon lush:

Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Mix in flour and nuts. Bake in preheated 325° oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip together until smooth. Spread on cooled crust. Mix pudding with milk. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Frost with Cool Whip and additional nuts, if desired.

Note: Other flavors of pudding can be used, such as chocolate, etc.
