  • large marshmallows, cut in quarters - 1 lb
  • whipping cream - 1 pt
  • egg yolks - 2 item
  • sugar - 1 c
  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • syrup from pineapple - 1 item

How to make bavarian cream:

Mix eggs, sugar, vinegar, flour, salt and syrup. Cook until thick. Let cool. Whip the whipping cream. Combine all ingredients.
