Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 3/4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- crushed pecans - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- plain flour - 1 c
- can blueberry pie filling - 1 item
- large carton Cool Whip - 1 item
How to make blueberry dessert:
In oblong Pyrex pan, mix for crust the flour, melted butter, brown sugar and crushed pecans. Pat into pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°. Let crust cool to room temperature.Blend softened cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla and fold in Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Cover with blueberry pie filling and chill in refrigerator. Serves 6 to 8.
