- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- ground cinnamon - 3/4 tsp
- pastry for double-crust 9-inch pie
- Equal Measure or 24 packets Equal sweetener
- sliced, cored and peeled Granny Smith or other baking apples about 8 medium - 8 c
How to make mile-high apple pie:
Roll 1/2 pastry on floured surface into circle 1 inch larger than inverted pie pan. Ease pastry into pan.
