  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • taco seasoning - 2 Tbsp
  • cans pinto beans - 2 item
  • can chopped green chillies - 1 item
  • cans tomatoes or 1 large can tomato sauce and 1 can water - 2 item

How to make mexican hash:

Cook meat and onion until done; drain off fat. Add other ingredients and simmer at least 2 hours or more. Serve over Doritos chips, chopped lettuce or chopped tomatoes. Top with grated cheese.
