Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- taco seasoning - 2 Tbsp
- cans pinto beans - 2 item
- can chopped green chillies - 1 item
- cans tomatoes or 1 large can tomato sauce and 1 can water - 2 item
How to make mexican hash:
Cook meat and onion until done; drain off fat. Add other ingredients and simmer at least 2 hours or more. Serve over Doritos chips, chopped lettuce or chopped tomatoes. Top with grated cheese.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, One Dish meal.
