Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- Minute rice - 1/2 c
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- can tomatoes - 1 item
- green peppers, chopped - 2 item
- can whole grain corn, drained - 1 oz
- hamburger, crumbled - 1 lb
How to make mexican hash:
Brown onions and peppers in a pan. Add hamburger and brown lightly. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, One Dish meal.
