Ingredients/Components
- hamburger meat - 2 lb
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- large bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- chili seasoning - 1 pkg
- large can tomatoes, mashed - 1 item
- can diced Ro-Tel chilies - 1 item
- small can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- noodles, cooked and drained
- slices American cheese - 16 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
How to make mexican dish:
Cook noodles while browning meat, onion and bell pepper; drain. Mix chili powder, mashed tomatoes and Ro-Tel and add to meat mixture. Add noodles and corn and let simmer. Into a large baking dish, put a layer of meat mixture, then cheese layer alternately, until all is used, leaving enough cheese to put on top.
