Turkey and broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- frozen broccoli, cooked - 2 pkg
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- chicken or turkey, cooked and cut up - 2 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix - 1 pkg
- chicken broth or milk - 1 c
How to make turkey and broccoli casserole:
Layer broccoli in 10 x 13-inch dish. Mix soup, mayonnaise, mushrooms, chicken or turkey and lemon juice. Pour over broccoli. Saute onions and celery in margarine. Mix with herb seasoned stuffing mix and 1 cup chicken broth or milk. Pour over other mixture. Bake at 350° until bubbly.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
