- pkg - 1 oz
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- bag tortilla chips - 1 item
- bunch scallions, chopped - 1 item
- can Hormel chili no beans - 1 oz
How to make mexican dip:
Spread cream cheese in a 9 or 10-inch glass pie dish. Spread chili on top of cheese. Sprinkle chopped scallions on top of chili, then add the Cheddar cheese on top of scallions. Microwave 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Or heat in oven at 350°, approximately 20 to 25 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
