Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • water - 3 c
  • instant coffee - 2 Tbsp
  • nonfat dry milk
  • ice water - 2 Tbsp
  • instant nonfat dry milk - 1/4 c
  • Pillsbury liquid Sweet*10 - 2 tsp

How to make mexican coffee:

Topping:2 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk2 Tbsp. ice water1/4 tsp. Pillsbury liquid Sweet*101/4 tsp. vanilla In medium saucepan, combine water, dry milk and coffee powder; heat just to boiling. Remove from heat; stir in sweetener and vanilla. Garnish, if desired.

Topping: In small mixer bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat until thickened. Serve immediately.
