Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- can milk - 1 oz
- milk, heated - 20 oz
- cocoa plus 1/3 c - 1/3 c
How to make ice cream:
Heat milk in a pan. Add eggs, 2/3 cup sugar, salt and flour. Add cocoa and extra sugar for chocolate. Add the milk, vanilla and 1 1/4 cups sugar. Add more milk to freezer line. Yields 4 quarts.Recipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Frozen desserts.
