Ingredients/Components

  • can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • sausage hot or mild - 1 lb
  • salsa to taste - 1 item
  • Velveeta cheese or Mexican Velveeta cheese - 2 lb

How to make mexican cheese dip:

Brown hamburger and sausage. Drain. Cut cheese; cook on medium-low heat. Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and cream of mushroom soup; simmer until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Add salsa to taste. Serve warm. Recipe can be cut in half.
