Ingredients/Components
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- sausage hot or mild - 1 lb
- salsa to taste - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese or Mexican Velveeta cheese - 2 lb
How to make mexican cheese dip:
Brown hamburger and sausage. Drain. Cut cheese; cook on medium-low heat. Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and cream of mushroom soup; simmer until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Add salsa to taste. Serve warm. Recipe can be cut in half.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Cheese, North american.
