- American cheese - 1/2 lb
- sharp cheese - 1/2 lb
- pimento cheese - 1/2 lb
- garlic buttons - 3 item
- hot jalapeno peppers - 4 item
How to make mexican cheese:
Substitute mashed potatoes for egg yolks in your favorite recipe. If you are using instant mashed potatoes, use about half of the water called for.Optional: Yellow food coloring may be used.
