Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 4 c
- can chopped green chilies, drained - 1 oz
- jar diced pimiento, drained - 1 oz
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- soft butter - 1/4 c
- red pepper - 1/4 1/2
- additional red pepper - 1 item
How to make mexican cheese ball:
Combine water and dip mix in a small bowl; stir well and set aside. Combine cheese, chilies and pimiento; stir well. Add mayonnaise, butter, red pepper and dip mix; stir well. Chill and shape into a ball; sprinkle with additional red pepper. Serve with tortilla chips. Yield: 4 cups.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
