Ingredients/Components
- lean ground beef
- oatmeal - 1 c
- large onion - 1/2 item
- clove garlic - 1 item
- cumin - 1/4 tsp
- marjoram - 1/4 tsp
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- stick celery - 1 item
- fennel seeds - 10 item
- drops Tabasco - 15 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- salt - 2 tsp
How to make meatballs:
Place all ingredients, except ground beef and oatmeal in blender. Blend well. Add blended ingredients to ground beef and oatmeal. Mix thoroughly. Shape into meatballs. Either fry in a small amount of shortening or bake for 35 to 45 minutes in a 375° oven. Meatballs may be served plain or served in a spaghetti sauce.
