Chicken fried rice
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green onions - 1 c
- peanut oil - 5 Tbsp
- sesame oil - 2 Tbsp
- cold, cooked rice - 4 c
- to 4 chicken breasts pre-fried - 2 item
How to make chicken fried rice:
Beat eggs with 1/4 teaspoon salt and fry in 2 tablespoons hot oil. Cook until dry and separated. Remove eggs. Heat 3 tablespoons oil. Add green onions, then rice. Stir-fry 5 minutes and then add chicken broth and soy sauce. Add eggs and chicken strips (pre-fried). Heat together, stirring occasionally, on medium heat.
