How to make deep dish pizza:
Heat oven to 425°. Unroll pizza dough and press out with hands on lightly greased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake crust at 425° for 6 to 8 minutes or until crust just begins to brown.Saute the fresh, sliced mushrooms in a small amount of butter. Set aside. Brown the sausage; drain. Add mushrooms and pizza sauce. Top the partially-baked crust with cooked meat, mushrooms and sauce mixture. Top with cheese. Bake another 11 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
