Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- bell peppers - 4 item
- ground beef - 1/2 1
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- cooked rice - 1/2 1
- can tomato sauce small - 1 item
How to make stuffed bell peppers:
Clean and hull peppers. Boil 5 minutes and drain. Saut onion lightly with ground beef until beef is lightly brown. Mix together with salt, pepper, cheese, cooked rice, eggs and 1/2 cup tomato sauce. Stuff peppers. Put in pan. Pour rest of tomato sauce over peppers. Sprinkle with more grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
