Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 Tbsp
- onion flakes - 1 tsp
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- peeled, cubed potatoes - 4 c
- enough water to cover potatoes - 1 item
How to make easy potato soup:
In a large pot, put potatoes and water. Bring to rolling boil. Add salt, pepper, celery salt and onion flakes. Simmer for 10 minutes, then add butter or margarine. Cook until potatoes are tender.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
