Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- garlic salt - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- lean ground beef - 1/2 3/4
- large onion, grated - 1 item
- cans refrigerator biscuits - 2 item
How to make meat rolls:
Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Mix meat, onion and cream cheese together. Season with garlic salt, salt and pepper. Flatten biscuits and place small amount of meat mixture on each biscuit. Crimp edges. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 20 to 25 minutes at 300° until brown.For appetizers, halve the biscuits.
