Meat and cheese pie
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- sliced green onion - 1/3 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese
- ground round - 1/2 lb
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
How to make meat and cheese pie:
Brown ground meat and drain. Mix mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth. Add cheese, onion and meat. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Test for doneness, knife inserted in center comes out clean.From the recipe collection of Jean Kirby.
