Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
  • sliced green onion - 1/3 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • ground round - 1/2 lb
  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item

How to make meat and cheese pie:

Brown ground meat and drain. Mix mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth. Add cheese, onion and meat. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Test for doneness, knife inserted in center comes out clean.
