Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 4 c
- finely chopped pepperoni
- Filling:4 c
- some chopped black olives - 1 item
- batch yeast dinner roll dough - 1 item
- any other things you like on pizza - 1 item
How to make calzone:
Mix up yeast dinner roll dough and refrigerate overnight.Filling:4 c. canned tomatoes4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese some chopped black olives about 6 oz. finely chopped pepperoni1/2 tsp. oregano1/2 tsp. basil1 tsp. salt any other things you like on pizza Combine all filling ingredients together.Now To Make Calzone: Take a piece of dough about the size of a large egg. Roll out on a floured board to a circle, about 6-inches across. Spoon filling on half of circle and fold over, sealing edges. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
